Welcome to Women on Board!

Women on Board (WoB) is the women’s network within KLM that has the ambition to connect and inspire women with different backgrounds, competencies and qualities. We want to promote awareness of gender diversity and strive for a transparent and inclusive organization.

To participate in WoB activities we ask you to register once on the website. This way we have a clear overview of our membership administration and you can easily register for an event, with just 1 click.
